The lounge has a dining area and a sitting area and the aprtment easily accommodates 6 people. The lounge has plenty of room for 6 people. The apartment has cable TV, DVD & video player, CD, tape & radio player, a selection of DVDs, videos, CDs and tapes are provided. Books are also provided for light reading. There is a spiral staircase leading from the lounge to the 2 bedrooms.
Off the lounge is the balcony with views over Kaprun and the surrounding countryside. Outdoor furniture is provided for al-fresco eating.
There is a hall where outdoor shoes, coats and other clothing can be stored. Ski equipment should be stored in the basement of the next-door house number 43. You are provided with a key to the house.
Off the hall is a modern fully fitted kitchen including extractor fan, refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher with enough utensils for 6 people. There is a toaster, kettle and steamer.
There is a main bathroom off the hall with sink, shower and WC.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house; a lift is provided for your convenience. Off road car parking is provided at the rear of the house.
The apartment house has a live-in housekeeper who should be contacted for all issues regarding the main house but not regarding the apartment. Our own housekeeper or the owners directly should be contacted for issues with the apartment. Our own housekeeper is English speaking.
The apartment is located within easy walking distance
of the centre of Kaprun with its bars, restaurants, shops,
supermarkets and other leisure facilities. Close by the
apartment is an excellent restaurant “The Dorfstadl” http://dorfstadl-kaprun.at/restaurant
for authentic Austrian cooking.
